We got Best Pacific Catering to do our friend's wedding and all the guests loved the food! It was very fresh and beautifully presented! The team took out all the stress from the wedding party/coordinator as they did all the buffet table set up. The portions were very generous, we did have left overs and gave them to our guests to take home. The team was also very professional, prompt, and efficient. Steve also had very clear communications with everything. We would highly recommend Best Pacific Catering and would not hesitate to use them for future events!

Best Pacific Catering, in the finer lyrics of Rock, R&B soul diva Tina Turner, "SIMPLY THE BEST!" Planned for my twin's 21st start of 2020, with a guest list of 300 plus. And then Coivd 19 level 4 in March. Plans dramatically changed. With Auckland returning to level 3 in August, followed by level 2.5 in September, alterations to the invite guest list had reduced to 100. Finally, at level 1, we could increase the guest list 150 two weeks prior to the Twins 21st And at very short notice, week of the 21st, we ordered two roast pigs.
The feedback from our guest, the food was great, brilliant, superb, loved it, worth the wait! Great variety and thoroughly enjoyed. And especially the pigs.
The service and food were divine. And the roasted pigs, perfect! The celebrations went passed the caterers time, but the catering team were more than willing to accommodate. Great comms and excellent customer service. BPC added great value to the Twins 21st Making their birthday a memorable occasion. The food, drinks & desserts were the icings on the cake! We highly recommend BPC for all your events, special occasions and corporate functions. And we look fwd, to booking BPC for our next special occasion. The food is delicious and their facilities are set up to a high standard. I attended an event that they catered for 7 years ago and it just gets better and better - you will not be disappointed.
Best Pacific Catering has been our caterer of choice for all our major family events. Steve and his team have always been ready to provide a service that looks after our needs and provided an authentic menu for all our generations to enjoy. Our families and friends have commented that the food is always hot, delicious and that they always have more than enough for seconds if they chose to (value for money). Our family used Best Pacific Catering in the weekend for my daugthers Graduation. They were on time and the setup was fast and looked really great. Our guests were running late, but that didnt change the service provided and it was nice and hot and pleniful. Our guests said the food was hot and yummy!. i was shocked at how well food was topped up and i didnt have to worry about anything. The pack up was also quick and tidy. The bonus was leaving the left over food behind and my family, guests enjoyed that too and took most of it home for lunch the next day. I didnt have to chase up for the bond either, it was in my account in a few days. The caterers were nice to talk to and were very obliging. You can tell they have been it the business for awhile because it showed. Thankyou for helping make my daughters Graduation dinner a success. Guests were blown away and so was i. highly recommend a great team and value for money. its worth every cent. you dont need to worry about if it will be hot, enough or delicious. it was all that. thankyou again trina

We had a lunch event for around 65 people in the weekend, and I have to say working with Best Pacific Catering, took most of the stress around the day away. This was because, right from emailing to inquire, making the deposit, receiving the food/service and bond, it was all stress free! We have compliments from our guests and the team from Best Pacific were on time, professional - both in conduct and food set up, polite and always checked in with us as event organisers. When doing any event, you want to work with groups/people who know their stuff well, deliver high quality service (and food) and do what they need to, so you can focus on the event itself. Clear and Easy Communication with Steve and Lawrence, Costs were reasonable, service and food exceptional. I would definitely use them again! Affordable food but no short cuts on the professionalism and service.
The service we had received for our function on the 20.05.2017 was exceptional! The staff were professional, dealing with both Steve & Lawrence was a breeze they made things sooo easy for us and really catered to our needs. We had so many people saying they loved the food and the vibe Best Pacific created and the diversity of the staff they have working for them is just amazing!

I had these caterers for my mothers 70th Birthday just last weekend on Saturday - we were all amazed at the service and attention to detail they gave us. Sometimes things don't run on time, we had a little glitch with our time due to family members attending late so we had to delay the time we were to kick off the food. Considering the amount of people that attended charging us a late fee to start was nothing........cause once we started the food - everything fell into place it was beautiful from the food to the service, they allowed us to bring our traditional food that was part of the buffet. IF you are looking for caterers who understand you and are willing to work with you LOOK no further. Check these guys out HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Satisfied customer.

Totally recommend this Place A++ Food and Hospitality was second to none. Food Variety was on point, had Leftovers for daaaaays afterwards also. Guests of almost 200 People commented that Food was bloody Excellent and asking about this Companys Service..Price was very reasonable also, depends on what you're looking for. Hi Lawrence and the team at Best Pacific, I just wanted to thank you and your team for such a wonderful service of deliciously cooked hot food for my son's 21st Birthday on the 1st Jan 2016. I know it was a day that most businesses were closed for service yet you and your team were able to provide for us on that day.
I must say that all our guests at the birthday, over 100 people, complimented on how well the food was cooked and the wide variety to pick from. A lot of people were asking who the caterer's were. Thank you very much, the food made the birthday even more of a hit with the guests.

We were pleased with the team serving the front table also, it was an awkward location but they managed to get there & serve the food. Well done. Communication via email was very prompt so that's a huge plus! The one worry we usually have at Pacific Island events is always the quality AND quantity of food but Best Pacific Catering surely surpassed that! Have kept your details for our future events.
